Brian Willis acts as the Principal in the area of Migration Services and is a Registered Migration Agent (No: 0006144). As a Registered Migration Agent he is duty-bound by the standards of the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. Under Australian government legislation Registered Migration Agents must demonstrate that they have a thorough knowledge of Australia's immigration laws and are of good character. We offer our clients a high standard of personalised service which is provided in a professional and efficient manner.


Languages

We are proficient in both the English and Thai languages. Other language support may be provided on request and will depend on the availability of qualified translators.


Migration Categories

In general migrants come to Australia as:

  • Skilled Migrants - they must have work skills or abilities that will benefit Australia;
  • Business Migrants - for business people with a proven record of business skills and expertise;
  • Employer nominated migrants - these programs enable Australian employers to recruit highly skilled workers, or - in the case of a Regional Headquarters - enables the transfer of key employees into Australia;
  • Family Migrants - they must have a close relative in Australia who can sponsor them, or be in a relationship with a person eligible to nominate them;
  • Special Category Migrants - this category caters for former citizens of Australia, former residents of Australia, and for family of New Zealand citizens settling in Australia;

  • New Zealand citizens - the 1973 Trans-Tasman Arrangement allows New Zealand citizens to enter Australia to visit, live and work

    Costs and Fees

  • Fees applicable will depend on the services to be performed.
  • Clients will be given written confirmation of the terms of the service to be rendered.
  • Clients will be given written notice of any material change to the estimated cost of providing a service, and the total likely cost because of the change, as soon as possible after we become aware of the likelihood of the change occurring.
